The learned counsel for the appellant submitted that they have made various attempts to get in contact with the appellant and there has been no response. That apart, the 2nd respondent has also died and they are not in a position to implead the legal representatives. The learned counsel therefore submitted that they are not in a position to take any steps in this Second Appeal.
