ORDER

The writ petition is filed for the issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the first respondent to dispose the Statutory Revision filed under Section 153 of Tamilnadu Cooperative Societies Act, 1983 by the petitioner on 08.11.2021 within a stipulated time as fixed by this court.

2. According to the petitioner, the Division Authority has passed the rejection order. Therefore, he seeks liberty to challenge the said rejection order.
