A copy of order dated 09.04.2019 is placed on record to the effect that the TASMAC shop in the premises in question has been closed. In the light of the same, nothing further survives in the writ petition and recording the said order this writ petition is closed. Consequent thereof, the premises in question shall be vacated and will be handed over to the petitioner forthwith. No costs.
