ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.MANIKUMAR, J.) Habeas corpus petition is filed challenging the order of detention passed by the second respondent against the detenu - RAVE RAMESH, in MEMO NO.899/BDFGISSV/2014, dated 05/08/2014.

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the impugned order of detention has been revoked by the Government in G.O.Rt.No.4740, Home, Prohibition and Excise (X) Department, dated 26.09.2014. Copy of the said Government Order, submitted to this Court, shall form part of the record.
