Earlier, the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Kancheepuram, by an order dated 09.10.2018, has extended time for further two weeks to deposit a sum of Rs.4,00,000/- as per the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.214 of 2020, dated 09.01.2020. Since the order has not been complied with, the present Criminal Original Petition has been filed.

Heard Mr.K.Shajahan, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr.M.Mohamed Riyaz, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent.

Today (06.03.2020), when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners sought for a further period of four weeks to comply with the conditional order passed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Chengalpattu, on 21.02.2020 in Crl.M.P.No.806 of 2020 in Crl.M.P.No.214 of 2020 in Crl.A.No.1 of 2020. Therefore, this Court grants time till 27.03.2020 to comply with the conditional order and if the petitioners fail to comply with the said conditional order on or before 27.03.2020, the order passed by learned Principal Sessions Judge, Chengalpattu, dated 21.02.2020 in Crl.M.P.No.806 of 2020 in Crl.M.P.No.214 of 2020 in Crl.A.No.1 of 2020, shall automatically stand cancelled.
