ORDER

This Court, while disposing of the writ petition in W.P.No.39213 of 2015 by order dated 12.02.2016, directed the Joint-1 Sub-Registrar, Arakonam, Vellore District, to register and release the sale deeds dated 31.03.2015 & 27.05.2015 to the petitioner within a period of four weeks. 2.The present contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging non-compliance of the said order dated 12.02.2016 passed by this Court.

3.Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, there is no representation for the petitioner. However, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the order dated 12.02.2016 has been set side in appeal in W.A.No.820 of 2016 by the Division Bench of this Court by judgment dated 17.03.2017.

4.Since the order has been set aside, nothing survives in this contempt petition and accordingly, the same is closed.
