C.M.P.Nos.16556, 16548, 16550, 16544 & 16559 of 2022 C.M.P.Nos.16556, 16548, 16550, 16544 & 16559 of 2022 in S.A.No.657 of 2000 KRISHNAN RAMASAMY, J., C.M.P.No.16556 of 2022 has been filed to condone the delay of 2256 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the deceased first respondent viz., Sivakami Ammal in the above Second Appeal.

2. C.M.P.No.16548 of 2022 has been filed to bring on record the respondents 15 to 18 herein, as the legal representatives of the deceased first respondent Sivakami Ammal in the above Second Appeal.

3. C.M.P.No.16550 of 2022 has been filed to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the deceased first respondent viz., Sivakami Ammal in the above Second Appeal.

4. C.M.P.No.16544 of 2022 has been filed to implead the respondents 15 to 18 herein as respondents 15 to 18 in C.M.P.S.R.Nos.14554 & 14555 of 2021 in S.A.No.657 of 2000 who are the legal representatives of the deceased first respondent Sivakami Ammal.

5. C.M.P.No.16559 of 2022 has been filed to restore the appeal which was dismissed for default on 02.07.2019 and hear the same on merits.

7. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents 5 to 12 & 14 to 18 reported that they have no objection for allowing these petitions.

8. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions and since no objection reported by the learned counsel for the respondents, C.M.P.Nos.16556, 16548, 16550, 16544 & 16559 of 2022 are allowed.

9. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in S.A.No.657 of 2000 within a week.
