ORDER

This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to bring on record the proposed respondents 7 to 9 herein as legal representative of deceased 6 th respondent in the above appeal.

2. Mr.A.Chidambaram, learned counsel for petitioner/appellant submitted that pending appeal, the 6 th respondent died on 01.02.2025. Hence, to implead his legal heirs, he has filed the above petition.

3. Mr. S.Karthik, learned counsel for respondents 3 and 4 and Mr.A.V.Arun, learned counsel for 7 th respondents appeared and submitted no objections for impleading legal heirs of 6 th respondent.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances, and being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit, this petition is allowed. The proposed legal representatives of the 6 th respondent are impleaded as respondents 7 to 9 in the above Appeal.

5. Issue notice to newly added respondents through court returnable by 15.04.2025. Private notice is also permitted.
