Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a writ of certiorarified mandamus calling for the records relating to the written exam dated 27.01.2022 VivaVoce conducted on 14.02.2022 to 16.02.2022 for the post of President and Member of District Committee vide impugned Notification No.03/2021 dated 19.12.2021 by the second respondent and the subsequent results dated 19.02.2022 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents 1 to 3 to reconduct the selection process in accordance with the Notification and Rules framed under the Consumer Protection (Qualification for Appointment, Method of Recruitment, Procedure for Appointment, Term of Office, Registration and Removal of the President and Members of the State Commission and District Commission) Rules, 2020.

ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the writ petition with liberty to file a fresh writ petition with proper documents. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
2. In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. No costs. Consequently, W.M.P.Nos.7202 and 7204 of 2022 are closed.
