This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 343 days in filing the C.R.P. SR. No. 28155 of 2019. 2.

Though notice have been served on the respondents and they entered appearance through their learned counsel, whose names are also shown in the cause list, no one is appearing for the respondents. 3.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners. Since the delay is 343 days and reasons have been given in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition can be allowed on terms. Hence, this delay of 343 days is condoned, on condition that, the petitioners shall pay a sum of Rs. 3,000/- (Rupees Three Thousand Only) to the respondents and the said payment shall be made within a period of two weeks from today, failing which, this order condoning the delay shall stand automatically revoked without reference to this Court.
