Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 02.03.2021 seeking for surveyal of my land at Door No.2/53, Vinayagar Koil Street, Thirumalayampalayam, Old.S.No.14/1. R.S.No.1283/14, Madukkarai Taluk, Coimbatore District.

ORDER

The petitioner has preferred a representation dated 02.03.2021 to the Tahsildar, Madukkarai Taluk, to survey and measure the property in Old.S.No.14/1. R.S.No.1283/14, Madukkarai Taluk, Coimbatore District.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Mr.S.N.Parthasarathi, learned Government Advocate made a statement on instructions that the enquiry for the purpose is scheduled to take place at 11.00 a.m., on 09.04.2021 at the Office of the Tahsildar, Madukkarai Taluk / second respondent. He also added that the survey of the land is proposed to take place on 16.04.2021. The said statement is recorded. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Inasmuch as the date for enquiry is fixed by the respondents, no direction is required to be given except that the second respondent/ Tahsildar, Madukkarai Taluk is directed to hold an enquiry after issuing notices to all the parties who are likely to be affected by his decision, and after providing the parties a fair and effective hearing and to dispose of the said representation through a speaking order within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of service of order copy, subject to such time that may be lost in responsibilities connected with the General Election-2021 of the Tamil Nadu State Legislative Assembly.
