C.M.P.Nos.5211, 5204, 5196, 5213 & 5212 of 2021 C.M.P.Nos.5211, 5204, 5196, 5213 & 5212 of 2021 in S.A.No.658 of 2000 KRISHNAN RAMASAMY, J., C.M.P.No.5211 of 2021 has been filed to condone the delay of 2256 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the deceased sole respondent viz., Sivakami Ammal in the above Second Appeal.
2. C.M.P.No.5213 of 2021 has been filed to bring on record the respondents 2 to 5 herein, as the legal representatives of the deceased sole respondent Sivakami Ammal in the above Second Appeal.
3. C.M.P.No.5212 of 2021 has been filed to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the deceased sole respondent viz., Sivakami Ammal in the above Second Appeal.
4. C.M.P.No.5196 of 2021 has been filed to implead the respondents 2 to 5 herein as respondents 2 to 5 in C.M.P.S.R.Nos.14563 & 14564 of 2021 in S.A.No.658 of 2000 who are the legal representatives of the deceased sole respondent Sivakami Ammal.
5. C.M.P.No.5204 of 2021 has been filed to restore the appeal which was dismissed for default on 02.07.2019 and hear the same on merits.

7. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents 2 to 5 reported that they have no objection for allowing these petitions.
8. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions and since no objection reported by the learned counsel for the respondents, C.M.P.Nos.5211, 5204, 5196, 5213 & 5212 of 2021 are allowed.
9. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in S.A.No.658 of 2000 within a week.
