This petition is filed to condone the delay of 2909 days in filing the above said appeal.

2.The first petitioner has preferred this appeal against the dismissal of the claim application made by the Tribunal on 12.08.2010. The learned counsel for the petitioners contended that the delay occurred due to the death of her husband and also due to the said mental agony and depression. There is no representation on behalf of the respondents. 3.It is observed that the Tribunal has passed an order dated 12.08.2010, by dismissing the claim application. Aggrieved against the same, the first petitioner has preferred this application to condone the delay of 2909 days. The reason stated by the petitioners is that due to the mental agony because of her husband and date of death of her husband is not stated.

4.The first petitioner has not felt that she has a fair chance of getting success in the appeal.

5.Considering the contention of the learned counsel for the petitioners, the delay of 2909 days is condoned on payment of cost of http://www.judis.nic.in
