Mr.Siva Kollappan B, learned counsel appearing for the appellant /Insurance Company would submit that the Insurance Company is not disputing its liability, the Appeal is only on the quantum of compensation. Hence notice to respondents 5 and 6 is deemed unnecessary.

2. Accepting the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is ordered and the delay of 270 days in filing the Appeal is condoned.
