While disposing of this Criminal Original Petition on 21.06.2016, this Court directed the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tiruppur to complete the case within a period of three months.

This Court has received a communication from the learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court at Magisterial Level, Thiruppur, seeking extension of time to comply with the order dated 21.06.2016 passed in the above Criminal Original Petition.
