The prayer made in this writ petition is to issue a mandamus directing the respondents not to dispossess the petitioner from his land in S.No.454 situated at Ulcombai, Palameu, Tenishpettai Village, Omalur taluk, Salem District without following due process of law.
2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submitted that due to efflux of time, the petitioner may be granted liberty to approach the authority concerned afresh, to ventilate his grievances, if any.
3. Granting such liberty, this Writ Petition stands disposed of.
No costs.
Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
