ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that complaint has been received from the defacto complainant and assigned Current Paper No.35 of 2022 and same is pending for enquiry. He further states that if the petitioner cooperate with the enquiry, the enquiry will be completed within a period of three weeks.
2. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner herein to cooperate with the enquiry without any deviation and on such cooperation, the respondent police shall not take any coercive steps till completion of enquiry.
