This Criminal Original petition has been filed seeking for modification of the anticipatory bail condition imposed on 14.02.2023 in C.M.P.No. 284 of 2023 by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Coimbatore.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondent.

3. It is seen that the petitioner without approaching the concerned Court, has filed the present petition before this Court seeking modification on the condition imposed by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Coimbatore.

4. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed with liberty to approach the concerned Court which has passed the order.
