Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.2856 of 2022 dated 14/02/2022 that he shall appear before the Honble Principal Special Court under EC and NDPS Act Chennai daily at 10.30 am until further orders Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of A.THIRUMARAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.2856 of 2022 by an order dated 14.02.2022. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the investigation is not yet completed, hence, the petition for relaxation is modified to the effect reporting once in a month instead of daily at 10.30 a.m until further orders.

3. Recording the same, the condition imposed on the petitioner to report before the Principal Special Court under EC & NDPS Act, Chennai, is modified to the effect that the petitioner should report before the concerned Court on first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m. till filing of the final report.
