This application has been filed under Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, seeking for extension of mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal for a further period of two months to conclude the arbitration proceedings.

3. It is brought to the notice of this Court that the award is ready and the same is yet to be pronounced. In view of the same, the time frame is extended for a further period of four weeks.
