Though the petitioner had filed W.M.P.No.6822 of 2020 to implead the Superintendent Engineer South, TANGEDCO, K.K.Nagar, Chennai and Assistant Engineer, TANGEDCO, Kandanchavadi, Chennai, the petition is partly allowed only to implead the Assistant Engineer, TANGEDCO, Tamil Nadu Electricity Board, Distribution and Supply, K.K.Nagar, Chennai - 600 078.

2.The Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment by indicating the said official as the 3rd respondent in the cause title to the writ petition.

3.It is made clear that the Superintendent Engineer South, TANGEDCO, K.K.Nagar, Chennai, is not made as a party.
