O R D E R

This contempt petition is filed for non compliance of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ the order of this Court dated 17.02.2012 in W.P.No.21729 of 2011.

2. On 17.2.2012, this Court passed an order in W.P.No.21729 of 2011 to extend the benefit to the writ petitioner in respect of the order passed by the Government in G.O.Ms.No.210, School Education (G1) Department, dated 14.8.2009.

3.The learned Special Government Pleader brought to the knowledge of this Court that a batch of Writ Appeals are pending in this regard in W.A.No.73 of 2016 and those writ appeals are pending for adjudication before the Division Bench of this Court.

4. In view of the above submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader, no further adjudication is required in this contempt petition. Accordingly, this contempt petition stands closed.
