Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Senior counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is intending to work out his remedy with the respondent, based on the orders passed by the Hon'ble High Court of Delhi and therefore, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition. He also informed that he has instructed the counsel on record to circulate the letter in this regard.
