O R D E R

This contempt petition is filed alleging willful disobedience of the order dated 12.11.2021 made in W.P.No.24210 of 2021. 2.This Court vide order dated 12.11.2021 made in W.P.No.24210 of 2021 issued direction to the respondent therein to issue notice to the adjacent land owners and counter parties, if any and survey and sub divide the property comprised in Survey Nos.209/1 and 209/2A, situated at Arasankudi Village, Veppur Taluk, Cuddalore District, within a time frame.

3.It is represented by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent that in compliance of the order of this Court dated 12.11.2021 made in W.P.No.24210 of 2021, the respondent went to survey the property after issuance of notice and at that time there were boundary dispute and the respondent was not able to survey the property and hence, the respondent rejected the request of the petitioner on 29.11.2021.

4.In view of the above, this Contempt Petition is closed. Liberty is granted to the petitioner to work out the remedy in the manner known to law. Respondent is directed to communicate the order dated 29.11.2021 to the petitioner to enable him to work out the remedy in the manner known to law.
