2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials placed on record.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent submitted that after completion of investigation in Crime No.689 of 2023, the charge sheet has been filed and the same has been taken cognizance on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Madhavaram.

4. Recording the above said submission, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
