On 10.09.2024, when the matter was taken up for hearing there was no representation on the side of the petitioner. Therefore, this Court directed the Registry to post the matter under the caption "for dismissal". Even today, there is no representation for the petitioner. It is therefore clear that the petitioner is not inclined to prosecute the matter and hence, the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
