ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 28.06.2021 for the offence under Section 302 of IPC in Cr.No.671 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner is alleged to have committed murder of his mother.
3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. He further submitted that subsequent to the crime, the petitioner was detained under Act 14 of 1982. Thereafter his wife filed H.C.P.No.1588 of 2021 before the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court and his detention was revoked by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court on 04.03.2022.

4.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner further submitted that the investigation in this case is almost over and that the petitioner is in prison from 28.06.2021.
5.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that investigation revealed that the petitioner attacked his mother on her head with hammer and strangulated her with wire since she did not give him money and further submitted that earlier, the petitioner approached this Court by filing Crl.O.P.No.15656 of 2021 and this Court has dismissed the said petition.
6.Considering the gravity of the offence committed by the petitioner and since there is no change in circumstances subsequent to the order passed in Crl.O.P.No.15656 of 2021, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
