O R D E R
This contempt petition has been filed alleging wilful disobedience of the order dated 02.3.2015 made in W.P.No.32111 of 2014.
2. In pursuance of the orders passed on 16.3.2015, the measurement of the work so far carried out, has already been taken and a report is filed by the Executive Engineer of Public Works Department before Court.
3. It is stated by Mr.S.Doraisamy, learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has no dispute with regard to the contents of the report filed today. The petitioner is also present in Court and he agrees.
4. Now what remains to be done is to put up the works which have not yet commenced and works which remain incomplete, for tender. In view of the fact that the money has been retained by the fourth respondents, the respondents 1 to 4 shall proceed with initiating the tender process as per the Tamil Nadu Transparency in Tender Rules, 2000. The petitioner should also be permitted to participate in the tender and the respondent shall proceed
strictly in accordance with law. With the above direction, the contempt shall stand closed. The respondents shall file compliance report after one month.
