ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed alleging that the respondent has not complied with the order dated 20.06.2016 passed by this Court in Crl.O.P. No.12793 of 2016.

Today, Mr. S. Rathinasabapathy, Inspector of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ Police, Thirukoilur, the respondent herein, is present.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that order dated 20.06.2016 passed by this Court in Crl.O.P. No.12793 of 2016 has been complied with, inasmuch as the investigation in Cr. No.34 of 2016 has been completed and charge sheet has been filed in C.C. No.27 of 2017 before the Judicial Magistrate Court No.I, Tirupattur for offences under Sections 147, 148 and 294 (b) IPC. Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this contempt petition stands closed.
