O R D E R

The petitioner filed this Contempt Petition alleging disobedience of the order passed by this Court on 9.2.2015. This Court granted Interim Stay of operation of the order dated 13.5.2014. Learned counsel for the respondent submitted that the Society is now paying full wages to the petitioner and the enquiry against him is in progress. Such being the factual position, I do not find any reason to keep this Contempt https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ Petition pending.

2. The respondent is directed to pay full wages to the petitioner till further orders are passed by the learned Judge in W.P.No.28930 of 2014.

3. The Contempt Petition is closed with the above direction.

4. Post the Writ Petition before the concerned Judge as per roster.
