Respondents Prayer: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a writ of mandamus, directing the respondents 4 and 5 to consider and dispose of the petitioners representation dt 8.9.2014 pertaining to the misdemeanours committed by divergent registering authorities of the Government of Tamil Nadu touching his property of 1 Acre 6 cents comprising in Survey No.307/5 and 26 cents comprising in Survey No.231/2B of Mannivakkam Village Chengalpet Taluk Kancheepuram District. For Petitioner : Mr.P.Karl Marx For Respondents: Mr.Su.

By consent, the main writ petition is taken up for final disposal.

2. The petitioner claims to be the owner of the landed property admeasuring to an extent of 1 acre and 26 cents comprised in Survey No.307/5 in Mannivakkam Village, Chengalput Taluk, Kancheepuram District as well as 26 cents in the same village in Survey No.231/2B by way of two registered sale deeds dated 16.04.2007, registered as Document Nos.5312 and 5311 of 2007, respectively.

3. The petitioner would state that some illegal release deeds came to be executed dealing with his property and pointing out the connivance of the staff attached to the respondents office, he submitted a detailed representation dated 08.09.2014 to the respondents praying for disciplinary action to be taken against the concerned officials, who had registered the forged release deeds and since he has not been favoured with any response, came forward to file this writ petition.

Heard the submissions of Mr.P.Karl Marx, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr.Su.Srinivasan, learned Assistant Solicitor General, who accepts notice for the respondents 1 and 2 and Mr.R.A.S.Senthilvel, learned Additional Government Pleader, who accepts notice for the respondents 3 to 5.

This Court, taking into consideration the limited scope of the prayer sought for by the petitioner and without going into the merits of the representation, directs the 5th respondent, to consider the representation dated 08.09.2014, submitted by the petitioner, on merits and in accordance with law, after putting on notice the persons concerned and pass orders, as expeditiously as possible and not later than twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and inform the decision taken to the petitioner as well as to the persons concerned.
