ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 3rd and 4th Respondents to cancel the wrongly issued UDR Patta No.292 and to issue a new UDR Patta to the petitioner, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 04.11.2019 within the time frame fixed by this Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. Considering the limited relief sought for in the petition, without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the 4th respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 04.11.2019, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and counter parties, if any and after giving opportunity of hearing to them, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
