CRIME NO. 685 OF 2021 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition no "c" alone i.e. "(c) the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Wednesday and Saturday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders imposed in Crl.OP.No.22700 of 2021 order dated 29.11.2021.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.D.AMALRAJ, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the conditions imposed in Crl.OP.No.22700 of 2021 dated 29.11.2021.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.
The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police has submitted that the petitioner is scrupulously complying with the condition without any deviation. However, the prosecution not yet completed the investigation. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
