This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register the FIR on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner on 08.10.2014.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the petitioner may be directed to give a fresh complaint to the second respondent police.

4. In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to lodge a fresh complaint before the second respondent police and on receipt of such complaint, the second respondent police shall enquire the same and take action in accordance with the law laid down by the Honourable Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC)].
