ORDER

This Petition is filed seeking an order of interim stay of operation of all further proceedings of the judgment and decree made in O.S.No.580 of 2011 on the file of the 1st Additional District Judge at Coimbatore dated 11.08.2018 pending disposal of the above first appeal.

2. It is seen from the records that this court by its order dated 15.03.2019 has granted interim stay and the same was extended on 29.03.2019 and further extended on 12.04.2019 until further orders. It is also seen that service has been complete in the appeal and the main appeal is ripe for final hearing. Accordingly, the stay already granted is made absolute and this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is disposed of.
