C.M.P.No.6770 of 2021 has been taken out by the petitioner/appellant to bring on record the proposed respondents, namely, Mr.P.Bhoovarahaswamy and Mrs.Vyjayanthi Narasimhan, who are the legal heirs of the deceased-Ms.Vedavalli-second respondent, as the Respondent Nos.7 & 8 in the O.S.A.No.431 of 2018.

As there is no serious objection from the other side counsel, C.M.P.No.6770 of 2021 seeking to bring on record the above legal heirs of the deceased second respondent as the Respondent Nos.7 & 8 in the original side appeal, is ordered as prayed for.
