In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate representing the respondents that interim stay of operation of order passed in W.P.No.22885 of 2006, is granted in M.P.No.1 of 2015 in W.A.No.789 of 2015, this Contempt Petition is closed for the present, with liberty given to the petitioners to file a fresh application subject to the outcome of the Writ Appeal.

3. The Registry is directed to return the original order copy of the writ petition to the petitioners.
