] This petition is filed to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased 1st respondent in O.S.A.No.368 of 2012.

2.Learned counsel representing M/s.King and Partridge, who has filed vakalat for respondents 1 and 4 in the appeal, states that he has filed vakalat even for respondents 3, 8 and 9 herein, on whom notice was ordered to be served.

3.Since this petition is not opposed, this Court finds no impediment to allow this petition. Accordingly, this petition is ordered. 4.Post the Original Side Appeal on 02.01.2023.
