No.8083/Nir.3(2)/2013 dated -08-2013 and quash the same in so far as the promotion of the second respondent is concerned and direct the first respondent to promote the petitioner as Women Rural Welfare Officer/Supervisor Grade-II with effect from the date of the impugned order and grant her all consequential benefits.
