PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C to direct the respondent to register the case on the complaint of the petitioner dated 19.05.2015 and to investigate the matter and to file a final report u/s 173 (2) Cr.P.C. For Petitioner :

O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register the case on the complaint of the petitioner dated 19.05.2015 and to investigate the matter and to file a final report u/s 173 (2) Cr.P.C.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent and perused the material placed on record.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the petition enquiry is pending in CSR.No.33 of 2015 before the second respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry expeditiously and during the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, a regular case shall be registered, following the decision laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari v. Government of Uttarpradesh and Others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
