2. Both the counsel request this Court to pass appropriate orders to dispose of the EA.Nos.290 & 291 of 2014 which are now pending on the file of the II Additional Subordinate Court, Coimbatore.

In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the revision petitioners, the Civil Revision Petitions are dismissed as withdrawn with a direction to the II Additional Subordinate Court, Coimbatore to dispose of the EA.Nos.290 & 291 of 2014 in EA.No.176 of 2013 in EP.No.185 of 2008 in OS.No.568 of 1992 on merits and in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible preferably within a

period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. No costs.
