A.No.6818 of 2023 has been filed to condone the delay of 395 days in paying the deficit court fees in the above suit. A.No.6819 of 2023 has been filed to condone the delay of 473 days in representation of the written statement. 2.This Court is satisfied with the reasons contained in the respective affidavits seeking the reliefs sought for in these applications as sufficient cause has been shown by the applicant.

3.Accordingly, these applications are allowed as prayed for. 4.It is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned counsel for the plaintiffs that a reply statement has already been filed by the plaintiffs into the registry, but the same was not accepted since earlier written statement filed by the defendants was not taken on record by this Court.
