10635/2017 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.V.VIJAY SHANKAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.DHANANJAYAN, Special Government Pleader on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The State Level Scrutiny Committee rejected the claim made by the petitioner for Community Certificate. The petitioner seeks stay of the said order. There is no question of stay of the order passed by the State Level Scrutiny Committee without considering the merits of the order in the writ petition.

We are, therefore, of the view that the petitioner has not made out a case for stay of the order.

The interlocutory application is dismissed.
