ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register a case on basis of the complaint of the petitioner dated 29.11.2014 in C.S.R.No.619/2014 on the file of the second respondent police and investigate the case and to act in accordance with law.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State. 3.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State submits that the petition enquiry is pending in CSR No.619/2014 and the petitioner is not co-operating for enquiry. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. The petitioner is directed to appear before the second respondent and co-operate for enquiry. The second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry in CSR No.619/2015 and take action in accordance with the law laid down by the Honourable Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC)]..

5. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
