Pending writ petition, the writ petitioner / G.N.Ramachandran, has unfortunately died.

2. The present miscellaneous petition has been filed to bring on record and substitute the legal heirs to prosecute the writ petition further as petitioner nos. 2 and 3.

3. The writ petition has been filed questioning the issues of revision of pension. The cause of action, therefore, still survives.

The legal representatives have every right to prosecute the writ petition further.

4. In view of that particular observations, this petition stands allowed.
