On an earlier occasion i.e., on 07.04.2025, when the matter was taken up for hearing, there was no representation for the petitioner either in person or through his counsel. 2.It appears that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the case. Hence, this Court has no other option except to dismiss this Petition for non-prosecution.
