ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register First Information report on the basis of complaint given by the petitioner dated 20.04.2005 at 9 am, registered CSR Number 498 of 2015, within the time stipulated by this Hon'ble Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent and perused the material placed on record.

3. On a reading of the complaint, it appears that the petitioner has given Power of Attorney to the opposite party and on the strength of the Power of Attorney, the opposite party has sold the petitioner's property to his wife in the year 2011.
