2. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment with respect to offence under Section 379 of IPC and 21(1) of Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act 1957 instead of offence under Section 379 of IPC and 27(1) of Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act 1957.
