The learned counsel for the applicant in A.No.1258 of 2022 would submit that he is not pressing this application. However, he seeks liberty for the applicant to raise all the contentions which have been raised in A.No.1258 of 2022 in the main suit. He has also made an endorsement to that effect in the Court bundle 2.Accordingly, A.No.1258 of 2020 is dismissed as not pressed. However, liberty as sought for is granted.
