The petitioner has filed the present writ petition seeking to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to issue duplicate of petitioner's S.S.L.C Book No.25745/1977 and S.S.L.C Mark Sheet in Reg No.310400/April 1978.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the prayer of the petitioner has been considered by the respondents and hence nothing survives for adjudication. 3.

Under such circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected MP is closed.
